Reflexology and Remedial Massage

Reflexology:

Reflexology treats the whole body via reflexes charted on the sole of the feet. Those area can be connected physiologically through nerve and connective tissue pathways or energetically through meridian.

A reflexologist “reads” the body via the feet – crunchiness, soreness or “hollowness” in an area indicates a problem in the related organ or body part – she then applies pressure to trigger the body's healing processes.

The aim of reflexology is to restore balance in of the nervous system thus supporting body and organ function.

Remedial Massage:

Remedial massage incorporates different techniques to releases both muscles and fascia. It is never hard enough to hurt but is deep enough to go through the various layers of tissues and target the tensions that are trapped in the deeper structures of our musculature.

All our massage therapists are trained in a variety of bodywork modalities including Lymphatic Drainage. They apply and combine different techniques to their treatments for an effective and truly individual experience.
